Renée Bostick brings the perspective of an educator and executive coach to the people at the heart of client organizations. She draws on years of developing teams, her doctoral research on thriving, and a talent for helping others recognize and apply their strengths.

Renée began her career as an educator, earning a Master's degree as a K-12 Reading Specialist, a path that let her teach through her family's frequent military moves. She later earned a Doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from the USC Rossier School of Education, where her dissertation, "Military Spouses, Military Lifestyle, and the Concept of Thriving," is published in the USC University Library. She holds the Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coaching Federation and a certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being from George Mason University, and is certified in Everything DiSC, EQ-i 2.0, the Leadership Circle Profile, and Gallup CliftonStrengths.

Drawing on her career in education and her experience as a military spouse, Renée built a second act in coaching, with more than 3,000 hours guiding leaders, students, and teams. Focused primarily on leadership and executive coaching, she helps clients navigate transition, identify and maximize their strengths, and build the capacity to do their best work. She has supported start-up CEOs, academic deans, government executives, and heads of departments and organizations.

 

Beyond her one-on-one work, Renée consults with teams working toward greater organizational effectiveness. She helps them define a desired future state, refine strategy to reach it, strengthen relationships and cohesion, and shape culture.

 

Renée values the outcomes her engagements produce, but the result she cares about most is that a person or team feels better for having worked with her.
