Renée Bostick, Ed.D., PCC
Renée Bostick, Co-Founder and COO of Bostick Global Strategies, is an executive coach and educator with more than 2,500 hours coaching individuals, teams, and organizations. Certified in Everything DiSC, EQ-i 2.0, the Leadership Circle Profile, and Gallup CliftonStrengths, she draws on these instruments and her doctoral research on thriving to help leaders identify their strengths, navigate change, and do their best work, investing in the people at the heart of client organizations.
Josh Bostick
Josh Bostick, Strategic Advisor and Technology Lead at Bostick Global Strategies, designs behavioral science-informed digital health and AI governance systems for organizations operating in complex, high-accountability environments. Drawing on experience in applied behavioral research and enterprise-scale delivery, he works at the intersection of healthcare technology, institutional accountability, and human behavior, helping initiatives withstand regulatory, operational, and board-level scrutiny.
